A contract opportunity is available for a Special Education Teacher specializing in telehealth services, based in Kansas City, KS, with a position focus on managing cases virtually for students in an elementary setting. The assignment runs from August 3, 2026, through May 21, 2027. This role supports compliance with district and state special education regulations while managing a caseload capped at approximately 70 students. Key responsibilities include:
- Writing and maintaining Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conducting IEP meetings with students, families, and school staff
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting goals as necessary
- Collaborating with school personnel to ensure faithful implementation of IEPs
