Job Description

Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the end-to-end bid and sales support process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. Review bid and proposal documentation to confirm completeness, compliance, and alignment with client requirements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, finance, legal, delivery) to gather and organize necessary inputs for bids and proposals. Support the development of bid strategies and assist in preparing pricing proposals in line with business objectives. Track, monitor, and report on bid progress, outcomes, and lessons learned to improve future submissions. Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and organizational standards throughout the sales support process. Contribute to continuous improvement of bid management and sales support practices, tools, and templates.
