As Senior Director of Training & Education, you will set the end to end strategy and lead execution of world class product, sales, and service training programs that directly enable customer success and business growth. You will build scalable training pathways, partner closely with curriculum and product teams to continuously evolve content, and use data driven insights to measure effectiveness and inform leadership. Ideally candidate would be based on the Minneapolis, MN area - but will consider remote capacity. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Provides leadership of sales and service training and education department, including people and program leadership.
  • Responsible for end-to-end strategy and execution including planning and forecasting, training, certifying and upskilling mapping specialists.
  • Responsible for leading a high performing team, including attracting, inspiring, coaching, developing, managing performance and rewarding outcomes. Fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
  • Responsible for setting, tracking and reporting analytics required for leadership communication and evaluating training effectiveness. Partner with IT to advance and streamline reporting and analytics.
  • Plans, develops, and coordinates in-house and field-based product and sales training programs for CAS field personnel.
  • Partner with curriculum development team for seamless integration of new products and continuous improvement in training materials and resources
  • Develops and manages sales and service training pathways
  • Obtains information needed to prepare training programs; prepares training pathways and materials; develops course content; determines methodology; and coordinates the development of training aids.
  • Ensures training program(s) meets company, CAS OU, and customer objectives.
  • Leads communication with leadership, customers and trainees to ensure effectiveness of training.
  • Conducts reviews with business leadership on training strategy and execution.
  • Partner with sales to create and advance training pathways for sales reps, including training and territory and selling skills.
  • Implements continuous improvement mindset and strategies; leads team to revise plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date.

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree with 15 years of relevant experience, including 10 years of managerial experience OR an advanced degree with 13 years of relevant experience, including 10 years of managerial experience.
