  • Provide advanced technical support for troubleshooting and resolving Esker & Emburse application-related incidents;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and minimize downtime;
  • Perform regular application maintenance tasks, such as monitoring performance, applying patches, and upgrading software versions;
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to enhance knowledge sharing and support future troubleshooting efforts;
  • Participate in the implementation of new applications, including testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
