Our Growth Tools team builds complex, data-intensive dashboards for mobile apps – paywalls, A/B experiments, analytics workflows, large tables, interactive charts, and advanced filtering. We continuously evolve our frontend architecture, optimize performance at scale, and collaborate closely with backend and design teams. We’re looking for a Frontend Developer to join us and help take these systems to the next level – making them faster, more modular, and even more powerful for thousands of apps worldwide. Who We Are Adapty is a revenue management platform for mobile apps that simplifies subscription implementation and paywall management. We serve 12,000+ apps and process $2B in in-app subscriptions annually. Backed by top investors like 500 Startups and Surface Ventures, we’re scaling globally and redefining how apps monetize. What You’ll Be Doing Design and ship end-to-end features in the dashboard, including paywall configuration, A/B experimentation, and analytics workflows. Build complex, data-heavy UIs: large tables with advanced filtering, column management, presets, interactive charts, and time-series comparisons. Evolve the frontend architecture toward clear modular boundaries and reusable UI components, while steadily modernizing legacy parts of the codebase. Optimize performance and reliability at scale using virtualization, code-splitting, optimized loading states, and consistent client-side data handling. Collaborate closely with design and backend teams to define API contracts, shape product requirements, and deliver high-quality UX that supports actionable decision-making. What We Expect 5+ years of experience building production web applications with React and TypeScript. Strong component architecture skills and proven ability to create reusable UI for complex products. Deep experience developing data-intensive UIs with modern state management and data libraries in the React ecosystem. Track record of profiling and optimizing performance in large-scale applications. Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership. Nice to Have: Experience migrating legacy codebases to modular architectures (e.g., feature-sliced or similar).
