About this role: LeonaBio is seeking a collaborative, organized, and people-focused Sr HR Coordinator, Talent & Culture to support recruiting, employee experience, onboarding, and key HR initiatives across the organization. This role will partner closely with the HR team to help create a positive employee experience throughout the full employee lifecycle while supporting a collaborative and mission-driven culture. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, staying organized in a fast-paced environment, and helping create thoughtful people processes that support both employees and the business. Responsibilities: Coordinate and support full-cycle recruiting for open roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and coordination of interview processes Partner with hiring managers and interview teams to help ensure a positive, organized, and consistent candidate experience Track recruiting metrics in HRIS and identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and quality Manage and continuously improve onboarding experience to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization. Support HR team in performance management cycles and change management initiatives Track, document, and support training programs while helping identify development needs and delivering training initiatives Assist with projects related to team effectiveness, communication, and employee experience Contribute to continuous improvement of HR programs and processes Help coordinate HR timelines, materials, and communications Provide guidance to managers and employees on routine HR topics, escalating more complex issues as needed Support employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback collection, and culture-building activities Assist in planning and executing employee programs and events Help gather and summarize employee feedback and identify trends Prepare HR communications, presentations, reports, and team materials Other HR duties as assigned Requirements: 2+ years of HR experience or related experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills High level of organization and attention to detail Interest in employee experience, culture, and people development Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Eagerness to learn and grow in an HR career path Ability to commute to Bothell, WA office Tuesday–Thursday LeonaBio is an equal opportunity employer and does not unlawfully discriminate against employees or applicants for employment on the basis of an individual’s race, color, religion, creed, sex, national origin, age, disability, marital status, veteran status or any other status protected by applicable law.
