The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. As a SeniorProgramOwner– ElectricVehicleCharging Strategy on our Energy & Sustainability Team, you’ll drivethe continuedstrategic executionof Target’s Electric Vehicle Charging program. Reporting to the Director of Energy and Sustainability, this position will be responsible for growing Target’s EV charging strategy at an enterprise level. You will lead the cross-functional effort to continue the expansion of Target’s footprint in the deployment of EV chargers nationwide – with a tireless focus on maintaining the Target brand. You will collaborate with concurrent programs supporting new stores and remodels. In partnership with teams across the enterprise, you will work to drive Target Forward goals, while building guest loyalty and amenity. You are curious, comfortable with ambiguity, and interested in working in a rapidly developing industry while taking key partners along the way. Leveraging experience, data and results you will partner closely with enterprise business partners and leaders to drive business priorities and desired outcomes. This role will work closely with internal and external partners who collectively enable the current program and are pivotal partners to enable continued evolution. As member of the greater of the Energy & Sustainability team, you will also leverage and support energy infrastructure best practices to the team. Job duties may change due to business needs. About you:
- Bachelor’s Degree, BA/BS (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years business experience
- Proven ability to drive strategies through enterprise collaboration
- Cross-functional team leadership experience
- Experience with strategic project or program management
- Proven ability to design, communicate and execute Enter strategy
- Ability to manage projects, set timeliness and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical, financial, reasoning, and organizational skills
