Work Shift (if applicable): Shift 1 (United States of America) Job Description: Vitalant is seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Donor Outreach Supervisor to play a vital role in our call center and make significant contributions to our life-saving mission. Your impact as a Donor Outreach Supervisor is vital. You will actively support Vitalant's life-saving mission by supervising and coordinating daily Donor Outreach activities, ensuring the achievement of assigned daily, weekly, and monthly goals. You will oversee a Customer Service team dedicated to inspiring previous and potential donors to schedule their next donation appointment. Hire, supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel. Develop daily call plans that strategically focus on Donor Outreach efforts using an appointment forecast, penetration report, and staff schedule. Conduct call quality monitoring and provide constructive feedback and guidance to staff. Investigate and resolve donor complaints. Compile monthly evaluations and standard reports on Donor Outreach activity.
