This role is ideal for someone with prior recruiting, staffing, sales, or business development experience who is confident making outbound calls, building relationships, sourcing talent, and helping grow a workforce solutions company. We are building a modern staffing and recruiting organization focused on connecting companies with top talent in healthcare, oil & gas, administrative, executive, sales, and professional sectors. Important Requirement Candidates must have 1–3 years of prior verifiable experience in at least one of the following:

Experience must be verifiable through prior employers, references, or documented work history. Applicants without relevant experience will not be considered. Position Overview The Virtual Talent Acquisition & Business Development Coordinator will support both recruiting and business development operations by:

  • Recruiting and sourcing candidates
  • Building talent pipelines
  • Prospecting prospective clients
  • Conducting outbound calls and follow-up
  • Scheduling interviews and appointments
  • Managing CRM and recruiting systems
  • Supporting staffing and workforce development initiatives

This is a fast-paced remote position requiring strong communication skills, organization, professionalism, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

  • Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, social media, referrals, and recruiting platforms
  • Conduct candidate outreach via phone, email, text, and LinkedIn
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
  • Build and maintain active talent pipelines
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in CRM and ATS systems
  • Follow up consistently with candidates throughout the hiring process

Business Development & Client Prospecting

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and facilities
  • Identify staffing and recruiting opportunities
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for leadership
  • Build relationships with healthcare organizations, home health agencies, oil & gas companies, and professional businesses
  • Assist with email marketing and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
  • Research target companies and decision-makers

Administrative & CRM Support

  • Update CRM and pipeline systems daily
  • Track recruiting and sales activity metrics
  • Maintain organized databases and documentation
  • Assist with reporting and recruiting operations
  • Participate in virtual meetings and training sessions

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with remote teams or virtual staffing

Performance Expectations The ideal candidate should be comfortable with:

  • 80–120 outbound outreach attempts daily
  • Candidate and client follow-up
  • Building and maintaining recruiting pipelines
  • Meeting weekly KPI and performance goals
  • Working in a fast-paced recruiting environment
