  • Tax Preparer
  • Document Processing Assistant – Digital Scanning, Data Validation, or K1-A Validation
  • Tax Preparer Join our centralized tax processing team to prepare individual tax returns (Form 1040 and related schedules) in a paperless environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter client data and financial information into tax preparation software
  • Prepare tax returns accurately, following firm policies and procedures
  • Maintain client confidentiality in line with company protocols Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in individual tax return preparation preferred
  • Familiarity with basic accounting concepts preferred
  • Ability to obtain a PTIN
  • Availability: Minimum 30 hours/week (Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm your local time). Work hours must be spread across at least four days, with a minimum of four consecutive hours per day.
  • Commitment to work early February through early April 2026
  • Comfortable with technology, paperless workflows, and self-guided learning
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Professional demeanor the ability to manage confidential information
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
