Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and personable Intake & Outreach Coordinator to own and manage our intake process from start to finish. This role is critical in ensuring that every potential client receives a warm, professional first impression and is guided efficiently to the right resources. Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM PST Monthly Compensation: 1,142 to 1,220 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Schedule intake calls and book consultations Conduct outreach to clients and referral partners Follow up consistently with leads, clients, and partners Assist with light administrative tasks as needed Monitor the attorney’s email for incoming business opportunities Send meeting reminders and ensure smooth communication Qualify leads and determine the appropriate practice area Answer inbound phone calls with professionalism and warmth Own and manage the intake process end-to-end Triage calls to the correct team members Requirements: Excellent phone presence – warm, professional, and confident Highly reliable, responsible, and accountable Strong attention to detail and accuracy Consistent performer who maintains high-quality work Independent and able to work with minimal supervision Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative Strong organizational and follow-up skills Availability and responsiveness during work hours Work Shift: Languages: English, Spanish Ready to dive in?
