Video Editor (Full-Time, Remote – South America)

We are looking for a high-energy, autonomous Short-Form Video Editor to join our remote content team. We operate in the fast-paced world of AI—covering vibe coding, AI agents, and automation. We need someone who doesn't just "edit" but understands how to capture attention in the first 3 seconds and maintain it until the CTA. The Role: Social Media Ads & Short-Form Your primary focus is the creation of high-converting video ads and short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts). You will take raw footage, AI-generated assets, and screen recordings to build content that stops the scroll. Core Task: Transform raw demonstrations of AI tools into punchy, high-impact social media ads. The Workflow: You will work on California Time (PST) to stay synced with our production and feedback loops. Short-Form Expertise: You understand the specific pacing, captions, and "hooks" required for successful social media ads. Autonomous "Builder" Mentality: You dive into the footage and fix problems before they are pointed out. You don't need hand-holding to find the "vibe" of a video. Visual Storytelling: You can take technical AI concepts and make them look exciting and easy to understand. Reliability: You are a pro at meeting deadlines and communicating asynchronously. Compensation & 30-Day Trial Salary: $1,300 – $1,600 USD per month (Full-time). The Selection Process: After we review your portfolio, selected candidates will move into a 30-day paid trial period.
