  • Tech-Savvy Comfortable using cloud-based apps like Office 365, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Highly Organized You excel at managing details and keeping things on track.
  • Proactive Problem Solver You anticipate needs and offer solutions before being asked.
  • Self-Starter You take initiative and thrive in an independent work environment.
  • Social Media Enthusiast Familiar with managing posts and engagement strategies.
  • Team Player Collaborative and open to sharing ideas and feedback.
  • Bonus Skills Experience creating or editing marketing materials is a plus! While experience in accounting or financial services is helpful, it’s not required. Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn matter most. What You’ll Do
  • Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, meetings, and communication.
  • Assist with social media, including scheduling posts and engaging with audiences.
  • Contribute to creating and editing marketing materials for campaigns.
  • Streamline team communication and project workflows.
  • Support marketing efforts, including client outreach and content planning.
  • Handle special projects with creativity and efficiency. Tools You’ll Use
  • Office 365, Slack, Zoom for collaboration and communication, Karbon for practice management.
  • Social media tools for scheduling and engagement.
  • Canva or similar platforms for creating simple designs.
  • Project management software to organize tasks and deadlines.
