We're a U.S.-based telehealth group hiring a sharp, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our credentialing and billing (RCM) team. You don't need years of U.S. healthcare experience — we train. We need someone reliable, organized, and willing to chase things until they're done. Job Title: Healthcare Virtual Assistant — Credentialing & Billing Support Location: Remote (Nigeria) | Full-time | U.S. hours (CST overlap) Pay: ₦1,000,000/month

What You'll Do

Update provider profiles and payer portals (CAQH, Availity — we'll train you) Track license and document expirations and flag renewals early Follow up with insurance payers on pending applications and claims Verify patient insurance eligibility before visits Help with claim submission, denials, and follow-up Keep trackers and files clean and up to date

What We're Looking For
