Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality of all client information.
  • Collaborate effectively with remote team members and clients through virtual communication tools.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a reception, administrative, or customer service role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated quiet home office space.
