Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately transcribe audio recordings, handwritten notes, and other source materials into digital documents.
  • Perform data entry tasks, including inputting numerical and textual information into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
  • Proofread and edit typed documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and factual errors to ensure high-quality output.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and records, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with confidentiality protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding project status, deadlines, and any potential issues.
  • Adhere strictly to data security and confidentiality guidelines for all client information.
  • Manage time efficiently to meet established deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Assist with other administrative and typing-related tasks as needed to support team operations.

Required Skills

  • Minimum typing speed of 60 WPM with high accuracy (95% or higher).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience (1+ year) in a virtual or remote administrative/typing support role.
