JOB TYPES : Full-time; Contract ESSENTIAL DUTIES : Â Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence. Â Creating invoices for all incoming clients. Â Maintaining note-taking or minutes for meetings. Â Scheduling and arranging appointments. Â Typing, preparing and collating reports. Â Filing / e-filing of documentation.
