Our team dedicated to the Baltic States and the Balkan consists of 14 people and is an integral part of our company’s global presence. We combine local expertise with our broader company vision. We embrace a "remote-first" approach, allowing our team members the flexibility to collaborate remotely most of the time. The majority of our team is based in Poland, with the option to use our HQ office in Warsaw if desired. The Account Management team is crucial in driving our company’s success, working collaboratively to deliver exceptional client satisfaction and ensure campaigns align with mutually agreed performance targets. You Will: Develop relationships and negotiate business terms with decision-makers of the largest e-commerce companies in the Baltics and Balkan regions; Up/cross sell campaigns and products to ensure the growth of the accounts; Provide transparency over campaign performance for the client representatives to ensure premium customer service; Create retargeting strategies for different verticals; Optimize the performance of the campaigns in line with clients' goals; Develop professional technical knowledge related to the solutions offered by RTB House and overall developments in the digital marketing domain; Work closely with technical and sales teams within the company to ensure the superior performance of the campaigns; As part of the local account management team, actively exchange insights and best practices with colleagues across other markets to drive collective success; Travel regularly across multiple countries within the Baltic and Balkan regions to meet clients face-to-face. Desired Experience: Understanding of the online advertising industry, especially performance marketing; About 2 year of experience in managing online advertising campaigns in a client-facing role; Flexibility and willingness to travel for client meetings; Self-motivated positive individual with an achiever attitude; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to absorb information quickly and deliver within tight time frames; Excellent communication and presentation skills; Proven experience in negotiations, with a strong focus on upselling and proactive selling. Ability to drive growth by building trust-based client relationships, taking a forward-pushing yet consultative approach to scaling accounts; Ability to keep open communication, particularly when working remotely; Fluency in English (C1 or above) is required; proficiency in an additional market-relevant language (including Russian, Estonian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Bosnian, Serbian, Croatian) is a plus.
