Take the lead on our recruitments, boost our employer brand, and ensure a memorable candidate experience. It's a key mission at the heart of our strategy, where each successful recruitment moves our lines. The Missions Talent Acquisition from A to Z:

  • Become the key partner of managers by analyzing and framing their needs to target the best profiles together.
  • Find our future stars by writing engaging job offers, analyzing applications, and conducting phone prequalifications.
  • Conduct interviews (via video or in person), write reports, and participate in decision-making with managers.
  • Ensure equal opportunities by actively participating in the development of our Diversity & Inclusion policy.
  • Ensure smooth administrative follow-up from pre-onboarding to onboarding for a successful integration.

Growing Our Junior Community (Interns/Apprentices):

  • Develop a network of target schools and represent Nextories at fairs to create a pool of qualified talents.
  • Lead the entire recruitment of interns and apprentices for all Nextories services.
  • Be the reference point and support our young talents throughout their journey, from their first day to their offboarding.

Transverse HR Projects and Continuous Improvement:

  • Track and analyze your recruitment KPIs (deadlines, volumes, quality of hires) to measure the impact of your actions and optimize our processes.
  • Conduct active monitoring of HR innovations to evolve our practices and modernize our tools (ATS).
  • Participate in HR projects according to your affinities and the team's current needs.

Practical Information: Location : Paris 17th (Place de Clichy or Gare Saint-Lazare). Start Date : August 2026. Hours : 39 hours per week. Remuneration : Legal allowances on 39h.
