Analyst, Physician Recruitment & Events

Job Description:

  • Support the Physician Recruitment Department by providing strategic support through recruitment cycles, marketing campaigns, and operational project initiatives.
  • Manage applicant tracking system.
  • Source candidates.
  • Generate analytics reports.
  • Facilitate integration and ad hoc tasks.
  • Contribute to project management, executive-level presentations, and board meeting materials.
  • Attend conferences and physician events as appropriate to manage and oversee event happenings.
  • Administer and update Salesforce.
  • Generate reports for Operation Leaders regarding recruiting opportunities and candidate pipeline.
  • Oversee candidate recruitment phases through applicant tracking system to update opportunities as needed.
  • Enter physician information and CVs into the tracking platform.
  • Manage job postings to ensure high visibility.
  • Administer recruitment email campaigns, export recipient lists, and market opportunities through recruitment databases.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and directors to identify high-urgency opportunities/markets.
  • Facilitate physician leads through mass texting, email campaigns, and social media outreach to pre-screen and refer leads to recruiters.
  • Lead, build, and track Community Needs Assessment requests.
  • Manage Recruitment Hiring and Practice Assistance process by completing the Physician Recruitment checklist, compiling documents, sending for signature, and tracking progress.
  • Manage internal communications through the corporate connect page and bi-weekly operations reports.
  • Request and track all Salesforce builds.
  • Provide tactical and administrative support for various initiatives, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
  • Design and present compelling visual representations of data to effectively communicate insights and trends.
  • Assist with social media content and scheduling.
  • Serve as the point of contact for Physician Connect inquiries and creation of market-specific pitch decks.
  • Work with the operations and strategy teams to complete projects that position the recruitment team to be efficient and effective in candidate sourcing and contract management.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and directors to act as a project manager to determine business processes and procedures, ensuring internal milestones and goals are completed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, physician recruitment relations, or similar roles.
  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with webinar platforms and data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Experience in Salesforce with the ability to build reports and enhance analytical functions.
  • Ability to manage time wisely, multi-task effectively and efficiently
  • Excellent in-person and virtual communication skills
  • Be highly organized and attentive to detail
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Independently manage a set of tasks or projects from start to finish and must be adept at establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external contacts
  • Be of high integrity and possess the ability to maintain highly confidential information
  • The ability to travel at least 25%
