• As a part-time Apple Home Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers across the world, delivering exceptional customer service, support, and solutions — all from the comfort of your home. • * Comfort with navigating and troubleshooting iOS, macOS, and related Apple technologies.

• Experience
• * Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a similar remote role is preferred.
• * Familiarity with Apple products (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, etc.) is highly desirable.

• Working Hours
• * Part-time remote position.
• * Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
• * Minimum availability of 20–25 hours per week.
