We are looking for appointment setters that are results driven/self starters, highly skilled on the phone, experienced in working remotely from home, and would like to be part of a team that is committed to shifting a serious problem in this country - access to affordable legal help. Requirements for the Position: Ideally 3 months of experience in outbound cold call appointment setting. "Cold Calling" means you have experience soliciting business from potential customers over the phone who have had no prior contact with you or your company before. This is an attempt to convince potential customers to purchase either the salesperson's product or service. What is NOT cold calling: Calling inbound leads that were provided to you through marketing campaigns, referrals from existing clients, leads that found your company through organic search online and then reached out to learn more, clients contacting you from facebook ads, and so on. -Highly proficient with a computer - this involves working with multiple browser windows, email software like Outlook or Mac Mail, managing leads in Salesforce (our CRM system), Zoom web conferencing, etc. -Quiet home office environment with high speed internet and unlimited long distance phone line -Self-disciplined, goal oriented, purpose driven Compensation: Base Pay: $4,000-$5,000 per month based on call volume. Bonus Commission: $200 per appointment that results in a sale by one of our sales agents. Minimum Performance Quota: 5 sales from your appointment setting per month.
