Position Summary: The Assistant Director of Admissions will play a critical role in managing the admissions process, leading recruitment efforts, and ensuring that prospective students have a smooth and positive experience from inquiry to enrollment. This position requires a dynamic, results-driven individual with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for education. Key Responsibilities:

  • Admissions Management: Assist with the day-to-day operations of the admissions department, ensuring timely customer service for prospective students.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Assist in the development and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse student body, utilizing data-driven approaches to meet enrollment goals.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of admissions representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high levels of productivity and professionalism.
  • Student Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for prospective students, providing guidance and support throughout the admissions process. Respond to inquiries, conduct interviews, and assist with application submission.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, financial aid, and academic departments to align recruitment efforts with overall university goals. Coordinate with these teams to develop promotional materials, webinars, and other recruitment initiatives.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze admissions data to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure that admissions processes comply with all relevant regulations and accreditation standards, including maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on admissions activities, enrollment trends, and recruitment outcomes for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or related fields, with a minimum of 1 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Experience in an online or remote learning environment is a plus.
