Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with managed care, clinical staff, and internal departments to accurately capture billable items, secure reimbursement data, and resolve software edits. Process Improvement & Auditing: Lead strategic revenue cycle projects and audits to streamline billing efficiency, maximize collection efforts, and improve overall workflows. Strategic Staff Education: Educate case management and departmental teams on complex payer updates, policy changes, and denial or appeal management processes.
