What you ll do: Work with Manager of Executive Compensation and the broader HR leadership team to develop and implement compensation strategies that deliver salary, bonus, and equity that is internally and externally market relevant Prepare compensation recommendations for Chewy s senior leadership Prepare all applicable reporting and support materials for Executive and Compensation Committee approval Assist in the annual preparation of the Chewy Proxy Develop and communicate compensation education materials on philosophy, strategy, and applicable programs Manage applicable executive level salary survey processes and evaluate market data for executive positions Advise senior leadership regarding executive compensation trends and practices Lead miscellaneous executive compensation projects Apply Job!
