Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of a client that provides transaction processing and operational solutions for small and mid-sized businesses. This remote, full-time role focuses on building relationships with business owners and helping them evaluate tools that support smoother customer transactions and day-to-day operations. Many successful team members come from backgrounds such as customer service, retail management, or hospitality. No previous experience in merchant services is required, and structured training is provided to help you understand the services offered and guide business owners through their options.

What You'll Do

  • Speak with business owners who requested information about improving how they handle customer transactions
  • Learn about their current systems, challenges, and operational goals
  • Explain available service options and how they support business efficiency
  • Guide business owners through evaluating and selecting a solution
  • Conduct scheduled conversations and follow-ups with interested prospects
  • Build professional relationships with small business owners and managers
  • Maintain organized notes and next steps in the CRM system
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client implementation

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits:
