Responsibilities

The role: We are looking for our first Commercial Account Executive to join Reflectiz and help drive our continued growth across the Americas. This is a fully remote, full-cycle sales role based in the west coast , focused on building pipeline, engaging prospects, and closing new business. As our first Commercial Account Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our commercial customer base by identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and managing opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle-from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close. You'll work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales leadership to help establish and scale our commercial sales motion. As an Commercial Account Executive, you will: Own sales targets within a defined territory or account segment Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development through discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities Qualify and engage new prospects in a timely and thoughtful manner Develop strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders Bring an entrepreneurial and proactive approach to driving growth Collaborate internally with sales, marketing, and customer teams to support customer success and business growth Work from our Boston office as part of a collaborative and fast-moving team Requirements 2+ years of Cyber/ SaaS sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Experience managing or supporting full sales cycles, from prospecting through closing Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup environment Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team Experience in cybersecurity or technical SaaS environments is a plus Advantage null
