Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller that will serve as a strong business partner for the General Manager and Business Managers to drive performance and influence decision-making. It will have reputed company responsibility and reputed company of financial reporting (Balance Sheet, P&L and Cash Flow + key business metrics) of the OnCare businesses. The Financial Controller is responsible for challenging the status reputed company and identifying opportunities to improve financial performance, processes and systems. • reputed company accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS.

• Manage fixed assets handling, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals.

• Ensure a strong internal control environment and serve as Compliance Officer for the supported units.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning in partnership with Business Managers.
• Evaluate and continuously improve financial processes, reporting tools, and systems, driving efficiency in the business.
• Conduct customer and business profitability and margin analysis to identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Conduct regular financial performance reviews and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide clear financial insights to leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or reputed company field.
• 5+ years of experience in controlling and financial management, preferably in industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, cost controlling, cost accounting/product costing.
• Relevant reputed company experience
• Good critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Experience working with ERP systems (reputed company; reputed company is a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially reputed company and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Occasional travel, less than 10% of the time.
