Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and professional customer service to all customers
  • Schedule and monitor appointments, ensuring smooth workflow
  • Obtain vehicle and customer information and complete repair orders
  • Coordinate and schedule customer appointments, keeping them informed throughout the process
  • Manage, retain, and obtain new customers and fleet accounts
  • Initiate, coordinate, and manage social media campaigns
  • Plan and coordinate community events to build brand awareness
  • Review and manage inventory to ensure efficient operations
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

  • Ability to manage customers and scheduling effectively
  • 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • 1+ year of automotive industry experience preferred
  • College degree or equivalent preferred
