Key Responsibilities

Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Stay updated on Delta Airlines policies, procedures, and promotions to provide the best customer support.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred. Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. Proficiency with computer systems and ability to quickly learn new software applications. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace. Preferred Skills Previous experience working remotely. Experience with Delta Airlines systems and tools. Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, French, or Mandarin.
