Position Overview Clutch Agency is seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial Dental Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a fully remote, commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential. What You'll Do

• Source, recruit, and place dentists in private practices, group practices, and dental organizations.
• Build and maintain relationships with dental professionals.
• Conduct candidate outreach, screening, and interview coordination.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through placement.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified dentist candidates.
• Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing strategies.
• Consult with candidates regarding career opportunities and market trends.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping people succeed.
• Experience in dental or healthcare recruiting is a plus but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

• 100% Commission-Based Uncapped Earning Potential
