About the Role

Our client is a rapidly growing prop-tech company looking for an experienced and visionary Director of Remote Real Estate Operations to lead and scale their virtual operations. This pivotal role, based in our remote-first ecosystem, will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our client's real estate service delivery without a physical headquarters. You will champion innovative strategies to manage property portfolios, client relations, and operational efficiency entirely through digital channels. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with extensive experience in real estate management and a deep understanding of technology's role in transforming property services. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans for the management and growth of a nationwide real estate portfolio, entirely remotely. Lead, mentor, and manage a dispersed team of real estate professionals, fostering a high-performance culture. Oversee property operations, including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and financial reporting, utilizing advanced technology solutions. Implement and optimize virtual tools and platforms for communication, project management, and data analytics to enhance operational efficiency. Establish and enforce remote work policies and best practices to ensure productivity, security, and employee engagement. Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders in various geographic markets, ensuring consistent service quality. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client experience and operational effectiveness in a fully remote setting. Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership on operational status and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience in real estate operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. Demonstrated success in managing geographically dispersed teams and operations. Expertise in property management software, CRM systems, and virtual collaboration tools. Strong understanding of real estate law, leasing practices, and financial management. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate remote teams. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans in a virtual environment. Experience in a scale-up or prop-tech environment is highly desirable.
