We don't blindly take Google's "recommendations" and apply them - because we have the data and experience to know what works, and what doesn't!This is a fully remote position, you may reside anywhere in the United States.What You'll Do:Manage and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns across Google and Meta on behalf of clientsHandle budgets, bidding strategies, ad targeting, and creative, keeping everything running efficiently and on-spendDig into analytics to spot trends, surface insights, and continuously improve campaign performanceConduct ongoing keyword research, expansion, and refinementTrack, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC campaign dataResearch competitor SEM strategies and identify opportunitiesStay ahead of changes in the digital marketing landscape and help shape how we respondPartner closely with clients to understand their goals and deliver results that matter to themWhat We're Looking For:2+ years of experience in SEM/PPC or digital marketingComfortable working with data. Spreadsheets and pivot tables are your friendsStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate numbers into clear insights and actionsExcellent written communication skillsSelf-motivated and organized. You can manage your own workload without constant hand-holdingA genuine drive to grow, learn, and become an expert in your craftExperience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or Looker Studio is a plusFour-year degree preferred, but not required if your experience speaks for itselfWhy Join Us:Results over hype.
