Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and specific job criteria.
• Source candidates through a variety of channels, including job portals and social media.
• Review resumes and conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
• Facilitate interview scheduling and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Keep organized records of candidates and recruitment activities.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• No prior recruitment experience is necessary; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine enthusiasm for helping others.
• Familiarity with online recruitment tools and platforms is advantageous.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• A passion for starting a career in recruitment and connecting candidates with opportunities.
