Your role is simple. Introduce business owners to a healthcare solution that can reduce employer costs while improving employee benefits. Your responsibility is to:

  • Prospect business owners in your local market and beyond
  • Build relationships through networking, referrals, phone, email, and community involvement
  • Educate employers just enough to generate interest
  • Schedule qualified appointments with our healthcare specialists
  • Continue building your own recurring book of business

Our specialists handle:

  • Product presentations
  • Enrollment meetings
  • Paperwork
  • Implementation
  • Ongoing client support

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Your compensation is based on the number of employees enrolled within your book of business. Representatives earn $20 per enrolled employee per month. Examples:

  • 250 employees = $5,000 per month
  • 500 employees = $10,000 per month
  • 1,000 employees = $20,000 per month

Because compensation is recurring, your monthly income can continue to grow as your client base grows. Please note that compensation typically begins approximately 60 to 90 days after an employer completes enrollment and implementation.
