Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Remote Opportunity for Spanish-Speaking Client Support and Meal Order Management

Job Overview We are looking for a dedicated and bilingual customer service professional to serve as the front line to our Spanish-speaking customers, providing excellent support and efficiently submitting meal orders. This is a fully remote position, and we require candidates to be located in Utah or Idaho. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer service calls, addressing questions, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will also be inputting order information into our client order screen, documenting conversations with clients, and ensuring all assigned clients have an order on file.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with clients placing meal orders, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Address questions and concerns from clients, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Input order information into the appropriate client order screen, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Document all conversations with clients into our client information database, maintaining detailed records
  • Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file, following up as necessary to ensure client satisfaction
  • Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when special situations arise regarding client care
  • Work quickly and efficiently without making clients feel rushed, providing a positive and supportive experience

Essential Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish), with excellent oral communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • High school degree or GED, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices
  • 1 year of previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support and resolving client issues
  • Previous knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook), with the ability to learn new software and systems
  • Clear oral communication skills, with the ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints
  • Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Must have a wired internet connection using an ethernet port, with a quiet workspace that is free from distraction

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of previous call center experience, with experience using auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures, with a strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection

Compensation and Benefits
