Must be a resident of one of the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wyoming.

Customer Service Experience:

1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, phone systems, and email platforms.

Time Management:

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
