Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and expert aid to all customers with shipping and receiving needs, ensuring complete satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Utilize your knowledge of FedEx services, including competitive rates, a wide range of shipping options, and reliable delivery services for both domestic and international shipments, to provide tailored solutions that meet customers' unique needs.
  • Ensure precise transactions, especially those involving the exchange of shipping materials and related amenities, and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Continuously improve and refine customer service processes, utilizing feedback from customers and data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.
