Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a personal assistant to our clients, handling tasks such as scheduling, event planning, shopping, travel assistance, and more.
• Interact directly with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure their satisfaction.
• Research options, contact vendors, and make purchases on behalf of clients.
• Utilize cutting-edge AI tooling, Zendesk, and Google Suite to streamline tasks and enhance client experience.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities with exceptional organizational skills.
• Maintain high standards of service, going above and beyond to meet client needs.

Essential Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, personal or professional assistant services, or event planning.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid authorization to work in the U.S.
• Legal age of employment (at least 18 years old).
