Profile Requirements: Min 3.5 years as Finance and Project Coordinator or similar Strong understanding of financial processes (budgeting, invoicing, reconciliation). Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Strong communication and stakeholder-coordination abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy in financial and administrative tasks. Core responsibilities: Prepare and manage project and departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, monitoring expenditure against budgets and flagging variances or risks Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, purchase orders, invoice processing, and cash flow oversight Maintain accurate financial records across systems (Xero, Nexudus, Hubdoc), including reconciliations (bank, Stripe, GoCardless, Fat Zebra, Weel) and audit-ready documentation Support payroll processing, compliance (STP, superannuation), month-end close, and fixed asset management, liaising with external accountants (Aintree Group) Support project coordination activities including scheduling, work-plan tracking, meeting preparation, and follow-up on action items Assist with procurement, contract administration, vendor onboarding, and maintenance of project and supplier documentation (including fit-out details) Maintain accurate project and financial data, including databases and reporting logs, ensuring data integrity and timely submission of reports Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to shape the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO.
