* Lead Enterprise-Level Care Delivery Transformations: Drive strategic clinical transformation and major operational redesign efforts across multiple geographic markets. Formulate and execute robust change management strategies to ensure deep adoption of new workflows among executive leaders, providers, and frontline staff. Direct Complex, Multi-Site Project Portfolios: Own the development and execution of end-to-end project plans, Gantt charts, and milestones. Simultaneously manage multiple workstreams, identify and mitigate project risks, and deliver polished, executive-level status updates.
