  • Manage intake, prioritization, and sequencing of product initiatives, balancing short-term needs with long-term goals.
  • Ensure products adhere to regulatory and contractual requirements, partnering with legal, compliance, and operations teams, as necessary.
  • Represent product initiatives in internal forums, clearly communicating status, value, needs to leadership and partners.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by adopting best practices in product management, Agile, and Lean Portfolio Management.

Qualifications

  • Agile methodology experience including participation in PI planning, backlog management, and cross-functional Agile ceremonies.
  • Healthcare & Medicaid Experience: At least 1 year of product management experience in Medicaid or healthcare, with exposure to regulatory or compliance considerations.

Requirements

  • Agile Certification: Active SAFe, Scrum, or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Scaled Agile Experience: Participation in two or more Agile Release Train or Lean Portfolio Management practices.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field.
  • Innovation & Transformation: Experience contributing to large-scale product transformation initiatives (e.g., digital migration, new market entry).
  • Industry Insight: Awareness of digital health, Medicaid industry trends, or emerging technologies (e.g., EDI, payment integrity, provider connectivity).
