[Hiring] Senior Manager, Payer Access & Reimbursement @Quest Diagnostics

Role Description The Senior Manager supports Payer Access & Reimbursement activities as a member of a cross-functional team, oriented to Medical Affairs (MA) activities related to medical access, evidence generation, value proposition creation, and coverage in policy, all of which impact the reimbursement of Quest’s portfolio of tests. This individual proactively brings expertise in the reimbursement of laboratory medicine to build and execute key strategic initiatives and decision points.

  • Instrumental in the coordination of activities related to external engagement with health plans, specialty societies, coalitions, and others.
  • Enhances coverage and reimbursement or improves the reputation of Quest Diagnostics with the professional and payer communities.
  • Possesses strong leadership, problem solving, and presentation capabilities to facilitate the decision-making process.
  • Mitigates risk for the organization.

This is a Remote opportunity. Pay Range: $130,000 - $155,000/ year, 15% Annual Incentive Plan/Bonus Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
