Responsibilities: Works primarily with Operations leadership to assist with employee relations and compliance issues and works with the HR Generalists on employee benefits, leaves and other daily issues that arise. Serves as a resource to all management to ensure that personnel policies and procedures are clear and applied fairly and consistently. Assists HR leadership in the training, development and implementation of initiatives to aid in the engagement and retention of staff. Interprets and consistently applies knowledge of employment laws, regulations, company policies, procedures and practices. Strategically partners with operations, clinical, and compliance teams to resolve complex employee relations and compliance issues by conducting thorough investigations and providing recommendations for problem resolution. Provides guidance and counsel on performance management and the disciplinary process. Develops and presents relevant employee and leadership training. Creates and updates policies and procedures consistent with Federal, State, and Company requirements and practices. Participates in the development and roll out of companywide HR initiatives. Displays organized, consistent, and professional verbal, written, and presentation skills. Communicates timely, using a variety of methods, in a clear and consistent manner to a wide range of audiences. Solicits, provides, and accepts constructive feedback. Evaluates and implements timely changes as needed. Represents both the company's objectives and the needs of the employee by exploring alternative solutions to reach a mutually accepted outcome. Establishes and maintains relationships; builds trust and credibility. Understands others' positions and is comfortable asserting own position. Partners as appropriate. Assists with HR leadership in overseeing the daily operations of the HR department. Actively participates and assists HR staff in all HR issues - employee relations, leaves, casual staff initiatives, unemployment issues, EEOC cases, benefit questions, etc. Assists in the training of HR policies/procedures and leadership to management in the field. Works with HR staff to continue their understanding and growth of HR. Works with HR leadership to develop, create and implement company initiatives that assist retention and recruitment of staff. Continues to build relationships with other support departments. Performs other related HR duties as assigned by HR leadership. Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is required. A master's degree in HR and/or a SHRM certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of HR experience is required. Experience in Healthcare, preferably in a multi-site organization is preferred.

Posted Salary Range: USD $80,000.00 - USD $110,000.00 /Yr.
