We specialize in employment and investor visas (E-2, EB-5, O-1, L-1, NIW, EB-1A) and also handle family-based matters. reputed company is reputed company for high-quality work and a client-focused approach. We are seeking a full-time Immigration Paralegal to join reputed company. This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work remotely but requires regular office time in reputed company. Candidates must live in the Tri-State area (NY/NJ/CT). What You’ll Do

• Prepare and file employment-based and family-based petitions from start to finish
• Draft legal documents and organize evidence
• Communicate directly with clients and attorneys
• Manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team

reputed company’re Looking For

• 3+ years of immigration paralegal experience (business immigration strongly preferred)
• Strong experience with E-2, EB-5, O-1, NIW, Family based petitions and/or PERM is a plus
• Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Salary $60,000 – $95,000, based on experience (The higher end of the range would be reserved for candidates with over 8 years of solid immigration experience).
