We are expanding our Independent Dispatcher Network and are looking for experienced dispatchers who want to build long-term relationships with Owner Operators while enjoying the flexibility of working remotely as an independent contractor. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity. Position Summary As an Independent Owner Operator Dispatcher, you will be responsible for securing profitable expedited freight for your assigned Owner Operators. Your primary objective is to maximize each driver's monthly Trip Value while delivering exceptional service to freight brokers and customers. This position is ideal for experienced freight dispatchers who enjoy negotiating rates, building broker relationships, and managing daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Search and secure profitable expedited freight throughout the United States.
• Negotiate competitive rates with freight brokers.
• Dispatch Sprinter Vans and Box Trucks.
• Maximize Trip Value for assigned Owner Operators.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with freight brokers.
• Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and appointment times.
• Monitor active shipments and communicate updates to drivers.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate load information using company software.
• Provide outstanding customer service to brokers and Owner Operators.
• Follow ADCS Group operational procedures and communication standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of freight dispatch experience preferred.
• Experience dispatching Sprinter Vans or Box Trucks preferred.
• Strong freight negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Computer with dual monitors preferred.

• TMS-Drivo (for Dispatchers)
• Microsoft Teams

• Expedited Freight
• Final Mile

Performance Expectations Dispatchers are expected to:

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. Compensation includes:
