Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team on a remote and flexible schedule. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives by providing exceptional service to patients and caregivers who are part of self-directed Medicaid programs. Our client helps facilitate payroll services for caregivers, ensuring they receive fair compensation for their work.

About the Role

• Compensation Competitive salary of $13 per hour
• Location Remote (with flexible scheduling)

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from patients and caregivers with empathy and professionalism
• Assist with enrollment, program applications, and setup in applicable systems
• Provide information and support for payroll-related inquiries
• Utilize de-escalation techniques to resolve issues and concerns
• Document information and outcomes as necessary Requirements
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Ability to offer empathy, patience, and a friendly demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Quality-focused mindset with a desire to achieve first-call resolution Your Home Office Environment
• Computer with Windows 10 or 11, 8GB of RAM, and a hard drive with at least 500MB of free space
• High-speed, hardwired internet
• Dual monitors and a USB noise-cancelling headset
• Webcam for certification experience Flexible Scheduling
• Monday through Saturday, 800 AM to 0800 PM ET
• 30-35 hours per week (with some flexibility)
