Member Portal Payer Domain Business Analyst
Member Portal Payer Domain Business Analyst Location: Remote Duration: Contract Key Requirements (Summary):
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 10+ years healthcare payer experience in BSA/System Analysis
- Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, ACA, and commercial plans
- Experience with member portals / digital self-service platforms
- Skilled in BRD, FRD, user stories, STTM, process mapping, gap analysis
- SQL for data validation and profiling
- Experience with enterprise data platforms, APIs, middleware
- Strong communication between business and technical teams
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Familiar with UX, accessibility, modern digital design
