We’re looking for a motivated Mortgage Loan Processor Assistant to join our growing team and help keep our loan pipeline moving efficiently. • Part-Time (5 hours per day)
• Monday–Friday
• Fully Remote

Compensation

• $2,000 per month
• Up to $500 monthly performance bonus
• Full-time advancement opportunities for top performers

What You’ll Do

• Review loan applications for completeness
• Collect and organize borrower documentation
• Follow up with borrowers and loan officers for missing conditions
• Upload and manage documents within the LOS
• Order and track third-party services as needed
• Communicate with processors, loan officers, escrow, and title companies
• Monitor loan milestones and ensure files stay on schedule
• Maintain accurate notes and file status updates
• Assist with general administrative and processing tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Mortgage processing or lending experience preferred
• Familiarity with LOS systems (Encompass experience is a plus)
• Experience handling income, asset, and credit documentation
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
