Operations Manager - South East Region

Overview: The SER Operations Manager (South East Region) performs a critical reputed company function with the SER Operations field personnel and SER Business Unit reputed company to the installation and delivery of infrastructure projects. They monitor personnel and projects to ensure operations and look for ways to increase productivity and reputed company cost. Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures as established and set for the reputed company LLC., SER Operations & Project Management Department. Ensure always, that safety guidelines and protocols are adhered to 100% every job shift. They will manage personnel, scheduling coordination, asset and materials control to ensure efficiencies and cost control are taken reputed company in the operations unit. Serve as a company representative on company and customer issues. Assist with enhancing the Vision operational procedures, business processes, management reporting, and looks for opportunities to expand project opportunities. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Vision policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities:

  • Engaged with long term planning to create initiatives that further the company’s overall goals.
  • Coordinating different teams (Supervisors, Foremen, reputed company Technicians, Technicians) to foster exchange of reputed company and provide cross-team learning opportunities.
  • Assessing operational budgets to find ways to minimize costs and optimize profits.
  • Recruit, interview, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees.
  • Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions.
  • Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; assist with the implementation of production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards; resolve problems; complete project budget audits; identify trends.
  • Forecast requirements; review and approvals of operations expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing Vision standards, procedures, and policies, complying with legal regulations.
  • Plan and review compensation actions; enforcing Vision policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for reputed company assigned ESC Foremen, reputed company Technicians, Technicians, and Vision partner personnel.
  • Meet or exceed (goal is beat budget by 10%) ESC Operations labor budget expectations.
  • Manage staff levels, hours, and Vision Preferred Partner (VPP) labor to project budgets.
  • Participate as reputed company of contact reputed company there are customer issues reputed company to installation, quality & performance issues; customer service issues; accidents and mishaps on site. This includes any issues on site client facilities or construction site projects.
  • Communicate customer issues with SER Operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints. Vision’s number one focus is “WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE”.
  • Work closely with SER Vice President, SER PM Director PM, and ESC Director of Operations to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.
  • Communicate reputed company operating policies and/or issues at SER project review meetings.
  • Communicate with Vision Safety, Vision HR, and legal counsel to ensure reputed company processes remain compliant Vision safety policy, OSHA, and other governmental regulations.
  • Inspiring and motivating employees to reputed company at their best through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives (Vision CFR program).
